In our company we always face some challenges when a new computer is up in market. Slow down to hurry up’ is a phrase I often heard when I began working many years ago. My boss would always caution me against hurtling towards a predefined goal without looking around. Strange advice? Perhaps. In a world where speed and goal oriented working is encouraged, I was told to ‘Slow down to hurry up’. What he really meant was that keep your goals in mind but tread slowly and carefully, learning along the way. Don’t be so keen on the final objective that you ignore the learning’s along the way.
